Callista Chasse and Corey Malkoloski are part of ASC's University Community Dance field study and are currently involved in the University of Lethbridge production "Unlimited". The production brings together actors of mixed abilities in a spirited and provocative production created in a unique partnership with Lisa Doolittle, U of L drama professor, and Pamela Boyd, founding artistic director of MoMo mixed ability Dance Theatre in Calgary, and local organizations supporting people living with disabilities. Corey contributes to the creative team with dramaturgy and choreography, while Callista participates as a member of the cast and assists with capturing the creative process and community connections being made.
Corey is working on his Master's of Arts in Education and completing a thesis exploring performance and disability. Corey was the Assistant Principal and Learnng Support Teacher for 11 years in Warner School. He continues to teach in Lethbridge, covering Language Arts and Social Studies while teaching a grade 6-12 drama program. Corey has an extensive dance background, including five years with the LA Dance Team with the University of Lethbridge dance program, and training in Latin dancing and ballroom.
