On the Edge is a practice-led research programme developing critical thinking about the role of the artist in the public sphere,with an understanding of art as an action between individuals in the everyday. In partnership with PAR+RS, it also coordinates the Working in Public seminar series, which draws together artists, theorists, curators and arts administrators whose work engages with issues relevant to social and cultural life, including policy.
